Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Here is how to stay updated on your delivery:

How to Track:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation from NanoEcig.
  2. Click the tracking link provided, or copy the tracking number.
  3. Visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and paste your tracking number.
  4. Alternatively, log in to your NanoEcig account and view your order history for real-time tracking updates.

Tracking Status Meanings:

  • Pre-Shipment / Label Created: The shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet received the package.
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to your delivery address.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local carrier and will be delivered today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the specified address.
