Order Tracking Guide
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Here is how to stay updated on your delivery:
How to Track:
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation from NanoEcig.
- Click the tracking link provided, or copy the tracking number.
- Visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and paste your tracking number.
- Alternatively, log in to your NanoEcig account and view your order history for real-time tracking updates.
Tracking Status Meanings:
- Pre-Shipment / Label Created: The shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet received the package.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way to your delivery address.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local carrier and will be delivered today.
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the specified address.
If your tracking status has not updated in more than 5 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
