๐Ÿ’จ PACT Act & Online Vape Sales

The Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act (PACT Act) is a federal law that significantly impacts how vaping products can be sold and shipped online. Here is what it means for NanoEcig and our customers:

Key Provisions of the PACT Act:

  • Age Verification: Online sellers must use a third-party age verification service to confirm purchasers are 21+ before completing a sale. NanoEcig uses a certified age verification system.
  • Shipping Requirements: All packages containing vaping products must be shipped with an adult signature requirement. The carrier must verify the recipient's age (21+) at the point of delivery.
  • Registration: Online sellers must register with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and comply with state and local reporting requirements.
  • Reporting: Sellers must report all sales to state and local tax administrators, including the purchaser's name, address, product details, and quantities.
  • USPS Shipping Ban: The PACT Act prohibits the United States Postal Service from delivering vaping products. We use private carriers (UPS, FedEx) for all shipments.

Compliance: NanoEcig is fully registered and compliant with all PACT Act requirements. We work with shipping carriers that specialize in age-restricted product delivery to ensure legal and responsible shipping.
