1. HOTECIG Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the hotecig.com website.
2. All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return.
3. All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Contact us to request RMA and get Authorization.(Email: service@hotecig.com)

4. One item problem been confirmed pls take some pictures better a video to send to customer service, please describe what kind of problem. (Email: service@hotecig.com)
5. If return to us is needed, our customer service will wrote in email the return address. pls include the order number item problem on a piece of paper. 
6. Any product that exhibits physical damage

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
1. Any product not purchased from HOTECIG.COM
2. Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
3. Any product that exhibits physical damage

ePacket Shipping Delay Announcement

Dear Valued Customer, 
We just received the message from the China Post that the shipment via ePacket to most countries will be delayed. there is no enough shipping space due to the selling season is arriving. and Hong Kong customs increase the effort for security checking.

If your parcel is shipped to the United States or Canada or Australia or Russia or France via ePacket will be delayed for processing, due to the local post office cannot process the packages in time which result to a large number of packages are delayed.
