1, Hotecig Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the hotecig.com website.
2, All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return.

4. If return to us is needed, our customer service will wrote in email the return address. pls include the order number item problem on a piece of paper.
