Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with our products, you can return the original package to us within 7 calendar days counting from the date you receive it.
If the return is due to the defective product issue, we may rearrange to ship you a new one as a replacement or refund(can't refund for any used items) you after we receive and check the items you ship back.
It you want to cancel an order after we've arranged the shipment, you can ship it back to us once you receive it. But you’ll be charged for 25% of the product’s price as a restocking fee.

Noted: Any items returned back should be in original condition, unused & unopened.


Damage on Arrival
HOTECIG promise to deliver your orders safely. If in any case, the product is damaged when it reaches you, we exchange it for you. 

Contact Us (service@hotecig.com) for a RMA within 3 days of the delivery.


Incorrect Description or Wrong Items shipped
HOTECIG runs with a reliable IT system and we seldom make mistakes. If in any case, we ship you the wrong items, or the description of the products is incorrect, please contact us within 2 days after you receive the package, send us a photo of the items you received, we will help you to exchange the product or refund for the wrong shipped item. HOTECIG covers all the "return shipping cost" if there's any for this case.


About imperfect product
For ordinary vulnerability consumable products , if there is any Slightly included that do not affect usage please contact us to send proof and can get part refund. 
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.


60 Days Warranty Guarantee
HOTECIG provides 60 days warranty service. If any of your items got some problem within 60 days after you receive the package, you can contact us for repairmen or replacement.


Other Issue
If you refuse to get the item when the package reaches the destination, you are required to pay for the shipping fee both way.

ePacket Shipping Delay Announcement

Dear Valued Customer, 
We just received the message from the China Post that the shipment via ePacket to most countries will be delayed. there is no enough shipping space due to the selling season is arriving. and Hong Kong customs increase the effort for security checking.

If your parcel is shipped to the United States or Canada or Australia or Russia or France via ePacket will be delayed for processing, due to the local post office cannot process the packages in time which result to a large number of packages are delayed.
